About the firm

A finance team that fits inside your business.

We started LinkCenter in Toronto because owners kept telling us the same thing: they only heard from their accountant once a year, and always with bad news. So we built the opposite — monthly closes, plain-language numbers, and a person whose name you know.

Today we look after bookkeeping and filings for more than 400 corporations and sole proprietors across Ontario, from first-year startups to companies clearing eight figures.

  • CPA-led review on every file
  • Fixed fees, quoted up front
  • Xero & QuickBooks certified
  • We handle the CRA calls

What we do

Everything the CRA asks of you, handled in one place.

Pick the pieces you need now. Add the rest when you grow — the fee changes, the team doesn't.

Monthly bookkeeping

Transactions categorised, accounts reconciled and statements delivered by the 10th of the following month.

Corporate tax (T2)

Year-end financials, T2 preparation and filing, plus the small business deduction planning that goes with it.

Payroll & remittances

Direct deposit runs, source deductions, ROEs, WSIB and T4s — filed on schedule without you chasing anything.

HST & sales tax

Registration, quarterly or annual returns, input tax credit reviews, and cleanup when a filing has gone sideways.

CFO advisory

Cash flow forecasting, pricing and margin reviews, budgets, and a quarterly sit-down to read the numbers together.

Cloud setup & cleanup

Migration to Xero or QuickBooks Online, chart of accounts rebuilt, and back-year catch-up if you've fallen behind.

Why LinkCenter

Four things clients say they couldn't get elsewhere.

No hourly billing surprises, no junior hand-offs, no waiting until April to find out how the year went.

Talk to an accountant

One accountant, start to finish

You get a named CPA and their direct line. Nothing gets re-explained to a new person every quarter.

A fee you can budget

Flat monthly pricing that covers questions, calls and filings. The clock is never running on you.

Numbers you can read

Monthly statements come with a short written summary: what moved, what it means, what to watch.

We stand between you and the CRA

Reviews, audits and information requests are answered by us, with the working papers already in order.

How onboarding works

From first call to first close in about three weeks.

  1. STEP 01

    Discovery call

Thirty minutes on your structure, your volume and where things currently hurt. You leave with a fixed quote.

  2. STEP 02

    Books reviewed

We take over your file, reconcile the open periods and tell you plainly what needs fixing before we start.

  3. STEP 03

    Systems connected

Bank feeds, payroll, receipts and your point of sale link into one ledger. You approve, we maintain it.

  4. STEP 04

    Monthly rhythm

Close by the 10th, filings on time, a quarterly review call. Year-end becomes a formality.

Industries

We already know how your business bills.

Different revenue models break bookkeeping in different ways. These are the ones we see most.

E-commerce & retail

Multi-channel payouts, inventory costing, cross-border sales tax.

Construction & trades

Job costing, holdbacks, subcontractor T5018s and WSIB.

Health & dental practices

Associate splits, exempt supplies, professional corporations.

SaaS & technology

Deferred revenue, SR&ED support, investor-ready reporting.

Professional services

Work in progress, trust accounts, partner draws and bonusing.

Real estate & rentals

Property-level books, CCA planning, HST on new builds.

Client words

What changed after the switch.

"We were three years behind on filings and quietly panicking. LinkCenter cleaned up every year, negotiated the interest down, and now I get statements before I remember to ask."
DM Daniel M. Owner, Kestrel Build
"The quarterly review is the part I didn't know I needed. We repriced two service lines off the margin report and added about eleven points of gross profit."
SR Sana R. Co-founder, Perch Software
"Payroll for nineteen staff used to eat my Fridays. It now takes one approval click, and the T4s arrived in February without a single reminder from me."
LT Linh T. Practice manager, Halcyon Dental

Questions

Before you book a call.

Anything else, email info@linkcenter.ca and a person will reply.

Do I have to switch accounting software?

No. We work in Xero and QuickBooks Online, and if you're already in one of them we take over your existing file. If you're on spreadsheets or desktop software, we'll migrate you at no extra charge during onboarding.

What if I'm years behind on my filings?

It's the most common reason people call us, and there's no lecture. We reconstruct the missing years, file them in order, and where penalties apply we'll tell you honestly what relief is worth applying for.

Is the monthly fee really fixed?

Yes. Calls, emails and questions are included — we don't bill by the six-minute increment. The fee only changes if your volume moves you into a different tier, and we'd discuss that before it takes effect.

Do you work with clients outside Toronto?

We serve clients across Canada. Everything runs through secure document sharing and video calls, and we're in the office in Toronto if you'd rather come in and sit down with us.

What happens if the CRA audits me?

You forward the letter to us and we take it from there. Because the working papers are prepared as we go, responding to a review is usually a matter of days rather than a scramble.

How quickly can we start?

Most clients are fully onboarded within three weeks of the discovery call. If a deadline is close, tell us on the call — we've filed for clients who reached out with days to spare.

Find out what your books should cost.

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. You'll leave with a fixed quote and an honest read on what needs fixing first.
